From a patient’s piesprcteve, I LOVE the reminders, even though I always give myself reminders via Google Calendar and its email reminder and popup system.What bugs me is when I show up on time and the doctor is an hour behind, yet nobody tells me that. If the shoes were on the other feet, I’m sure the doctor would be quite annoyed, if not billing me for being late. I like to tell them that for every minute they’re late over 15 minutes, I charge $2.
